Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "92kpr", "we", "us", "our" refers to the company operating the 92kpr platform at https ://92kpr.org and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" refers to the 92kpr website, mobile-optimised site, and any application through which 92kpr services are accessed.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 92kpr account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-withdrawable incentive credits credited to an Account by 92kpr.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game outcome, sports event, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by 92kpr's internal policy.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

By registering a 92kpr account, you represent, warrant, and confirm each of the following:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old.
• You are registering voluntarily and exclusively for your own personal, recreational use. Registration on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• All personal information supplied during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 92kpr or had a 92kpr account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 92kpr or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 92kpr Platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. 92kpr reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 92kpr may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, account closure.

Your use of the 92kpr Platform is subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

• You must keep your Account login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or any authentication details with any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 92kpr immediately.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Platform.
• The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, data scraping tools, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing inefficiencies on the Platform. Any winnings generated as a result of a manifest error may be voided by 92kpr at its sole discretion.
• Collusion between Players, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• You agree not to use the Platform in any way that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

All financial transactions on the 92kpr Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, or Meezan Bank transfer. 92kpr reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. 92kpr is not responsible for any fees charged by the Player's bank or payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed the identity verification process will not be able to process withdrawals until KYC is satisfied.
• 92kpr processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. In cases where this is not feasible, alternative arrangements will be communicated to the Player.
• 92kpr reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any security review.
• Any funds deposited via a method found to be fraudulent, stolen, or associated with criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

92kpr charges no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through the Platform. Any charges levied by third-party payment processors or banks are outside 92kpr's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.

92kpr offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to Players who have successfully completed registration and KYC verification on the Platform.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal cap for bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms take precedence over these general terms where a conflict exists.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them.
• 92kpr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where fraudulent activity, abuse, or exploitation of a promotion is suspected.
• A Player may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• All bonus decisions made by 92kpr are final and binding. Any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or terms must be submitted to our support team within 14 days of the relevant event.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the following rules:

• A bet is considered accepted only upon receipt of a confirmation message or bet ID from the Platform. Bets placed during system outages or connectivity disruptions are not guaranteed to be recorded.
• Odds displayed on the Platform at the time a bet is accepted are binding. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect previously accepted bets unless a manifest error is identified.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, or payout calculation, 92kpr reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account balance.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at 92kpr's discretion. 92kpr is not liable for the inability to place a bet during any suspension period.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 92kpr does not manipulate game outcomes, and all games are subject to regular independent auditing.
• All gaming decisions made by the Platform's game engine are final. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the Player.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting market are displayed on the Platform and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.

92kpr is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered Players directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. The Platform will issue a reminder upon reaching the set limit.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may request indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays periodic notifications during active play sessions to remind Players of the time elapsed and the net gaming position.

All content available on the 92kpr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall Platform design and layout — is the intellectual property of 92kpr or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 92kpr.
• The 92kpr name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of 92kpr. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their applicable licence terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 92kpr's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 92kpr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 92kpr does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices.
• 92kpr is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their Account credentials secure, from unauthorised access to their Account, or from their reliance on any information published on the Platform that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 92kpr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

92kpr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

• Personal data collected during registration and Platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• 92kpr implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• 92kpr will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including KYC verification partners and payment processors) strictly on a need-to-know basis and under binding data processing agreements.
• You may exercise your data subject rights, including the right of access, rectification, and erasure where applicable, by contacting 92kpr's support team.

92kpr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the Acceptable Use provisions in Section 3.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other form of criminal conduct associated with the Account.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age or is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Any circumstance in which 92kpr, in its reasonable judgement, considers that continued access to the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or 92kpr itself.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds credited to the Account and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player following completion of any outstanding security review, provided that no outstanding obligations to 92kpr remain.

A Player may close their own Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawals will continue to be processed in the normal course following account closure, subject to KYC compliance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92kpr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 92kpr's internal dispute resolution process as follows:

• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the support level, you may escalate to a formal review by 92kpr's Compliance team by requesting escalation in writing.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the formal review, you may seek resolution through the dispute resolution body designated under 92kpr's gaming licence, details of which are available upon request.

Nothing in this dispute resolution procedure prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

92kpr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92kpr will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
